Children Oral Care Tips

When should I start taking my baby to the dentist?
A child can visit a dentist as soon as his or her first tooth appears, but at least no later than their first birthday. A dental visit at an early age is not only a check-up for teeth. Besides checking for tooth decay and other problems, the dentist can demonstrate how to clean your children’s teeth properly.
It’s a good idea to take your baby along with you when you have an appointment, that way he/she will become familiar with the surgery environment.
